The Planning Office advises the Higher Office on policy design, as well as on the formulation, monitoring, and evaluation of plans and programs related to Science, Technology, and Innovation. It produces reliable studies, indicators, and statistics to support planning decision-making, coordination with stakeholders, and alignment with the country’s national development strategy and its alignment with national and sectoral budgetary investment.
